Promotion Junkie

This weekend I utilized my Toastmasters skills to assist a friend in handing out promotional material / coupon booklets for an event. Thanks to Lyrica, the fibromyalgia was manageable for the afternoon and I walked minimally and spent more of the time being a positive source of motivation

Being Authentic

Could there be anything more authentic? Stripped, exposed, with only ripples of hair to hide her nudity. A goddess on a clamshell, Venus in all her divine beauty, revealing and projecting all that she is. Without pretense, without cover, I desire this authenticity.

LOVE
Continue on my full detoxification of my body, mind, spirit
Be continually conscious of my health and diet / fully embrace a raw food lifestyle as much as possible
Continue with yoga and martial arts
Achieve my ACG (Advanced Communicator Gold) designation in Toastmasters
