Living A Full Life With Cystic Fibrosis

Sitting in a quaint motel room on Grassy Key, FL, feeling sorry for myself because of intense leg pain, I came across this video… it pulled a few tears from my eyes. Fibromyalgia (and whatever else I am dealing with – unknown), may be debilitating and exceedingly painful at times, but it’s not fatal. This is something to be extremely grateful for. I’m alive and can enjoy life with my new husband, lover, and soul-mate M. I need to complain less. I need to continue saying “YES” to life!

What have I agreed to now?

When I open a book and something jumps out, I am overcome by instinct. While flipping through the Bible, passages jump out at me as a jack-in-the-box and I trust they are messages for my life in the moment. If an image comes to me in meditation, I make careful note of it as it will surely contain relevance. I take all of this to live my “YES”. I feel very guided in my endeavor to write an inspirational life story, and it just so happens that Conestoga College is offering a course “Write Your Life Story”. This is not mere coincidence!

Being prolific online has its perks: I am found and recruited for product reviews! Following my Unicity parasite cleanse, I will be doing Colonix for the month of October. Any parasites living in my body do not stand a chance! I will not be sharing all of the intimate details of this endeavor, although I will be sharing more salient information and an eventual product review in my fibromyalgia and raw food blogs.

Celtic Reiki

Celtic Reiki is a variation of Usui Reiki, using vibrations of specific trees and shrubs along with other Earth energies to assist in healing and manifestation. The frequency of the plants and trees work to channel energy up through the Base Chakra, rather than down through the Crown Chakra as in the traditional form of Reiki. I was fortunate to attend a 2 day workshop with Martyn Pentecost, the originator of Celtic Reiki.
