Sitting in a quaint motel room on Grassy Key, FL, feeling sorry for myself because of intense leg pain, I came across this video… it pulled a few tears from my eyes. Fibromyalgia (and whatever else I am dealing with – unknown), may be debilitating and exceedingly painful at times, but it’s not fatal. This is something to be extremely grateful for. I’m alive and can enjoy life with my new husband, lover, and soul-mate M. I need to complain less. I need to continue saying “YES” to life!

What do the dying regret? From a study done by a palliative care expert:

1. I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.

2. I wish I didn’t work so hard.

3. I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.

4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.

5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.

So…DO IT!
